A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for Life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers
• Prepare well-written responses and process insurance quotes
• Coordinate underwriting and assemble insurance certificates digitally

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a plus
• Must be based in the US
• Able to multitask and adapt to internal operational processes
