Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead a team driving sales operations for their retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and improve the end-to-end retail sales engine, enhancing processes from lead routing to cross-functional integrations
  • Act as the main liaison between go-to-market teams and sales tooling teams, ensuring effective use of Salesforce and related tools
  • Drive forecast accuracy and data integrity, establishing governance over Salesforce hygiene and reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related roles, preferably in high-growth tech
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ) and pipeline management
  • Proven success in managing tooling roadmaps and collaborating with Product/Engineering
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing high-performance teams
