Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Powersports OEM & Partner Program Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Powersports OEMs and Associations to drive sales revenue
  • Collaborate with team members to expand dealer program relationships and implement strategic promotions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and analyze market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with executive-level decision makers and OEM partner sales
  • 3+ years of direct experience in the Powersports industry, preferably Marine Powersports
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and large business accounts
  • Proven ability to develop strong account relationships and utilize data in the sales process
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
