Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to build and scale their global Sales Development function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale a high-performing Sales Development organization across multiple regions
  • Partner with marketing and sales to optimize lead flow, qualification, and conversion
  • Recruit, hire, and manage Sales Development leaders and implement performance management programs


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in B2B Sales Development or revenue leadership, with 3+ years managing Sales Development teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling Sales Development teams at high-growth companies
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics and pipeline contribution levers
  • High proficiency with modern GTM tech stacks
