Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Revenue Operations team, driving accountability and prioritizing initiatives
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide insights into revenue performance and customer metrics
• Lead monthly reporting processes for go-to-market performance, including board-level metrics and analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in Salesforce and related RevOps technology stack
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with understanding of SaaS metrics
