Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Sr. Director / VP of Business Development to lead enterprise partnerships in health, wellness, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale major enterprise partnerships, focusing on preventative and precision health companies
• Own the full lifecycle of partnerships from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-launch monetization
• Drive co-branded program development and manage P&L models linking health engagement to revenue

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or enterprise partnerships in relevant sectors
• Proven success in closing 6- to 7-figure deals and navigating executive-level partnerships
• Strong understanding of product-market fit and experience co-creating programs with stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across internal teams and external partners
• Passion for health, personalization, and emerging longevity science; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
