Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of PBM Clinical Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership over clinical outreach programs
• Design and launch future clinical initiatives to enhance revenue and member health
• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical team and optimize staffing models

Required Qualifications

• PharmD required; MBA or related business degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading clinical programs in a PBM or health plan setting
• Proven success in managing large-scale clinical and operational initiatives
• Experience in client-facing roles related to program delivery and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
