Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Denial Transformation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies for denial mitigation and performance improvement
• Analyze clinical and technical denials to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders to implement best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline; equivalent work experience accepted
• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles, with 2+ years in a management position
• Familiarity with Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Access
• Preferred: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
