Clinical Trial Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Rater Services (Clinical Trial Associate) on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CRO throughout the study lifecycle
• Oversee study reporting and maintain relationships with study sites, raters, and sponsors

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials
• Professional fluency in Mandarin OR Korean is strongly preferred
• CRA/CRO experience is a plus
• Experience in project management or a service-related industry is preferable
