Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to lead and scale global partner marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global partner marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and manage joint marketing programs and campaigns with key partners
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales enablement to create assets that equip partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in partner or channel marketing
• Proven success in developing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including VARs, MSSPs, and GSIs
• Experience working closely with sales and partner teams to drive alignment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
