Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to drive growth across paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns while managing budgets to meet ROAS goals
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and create insightful performance reports
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new ad creatives and identify growth opportunities through comprehensive testing frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns with proven results
• Experience in media buying with direct response performance marketing video creatives
• Full funnel direct response marketing experience, including strategy and conversion optimization
• Experience managing daily budgets of $10K or more, ideally $1M+ monthly
• Strong understanding of attribution models and campaign optimization across multiple platforms
