Key Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and staffing scheduling to meet service level requirements
• Lead the implementation of service rollouts and develop retention strategies while managing performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and monitor operational costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5 - 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with contact center operations
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language
