Director of Molecular Science Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Molecular Science Liaison (Southeast) to lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Molecular Science Liaison team
• Coordinate training and enablement plans for MSLs to ensure they are well-informed about the company's technology
• Act as a liaison between the medical community and the company to enhance patient care and promote molecular intelligence

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology
• 3+ years of management experience
• Prior experience in a commercial atmosphere such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space is preferred
• Field experience working with customers and/or sales organizations is a plus
• Completion of all job-specific, safety, and compliance training as assigned
