Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support psychiatric practices in integrating technology and services for improved care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EHR implementation and configuration processes for new practice partners
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations while developing detailed project plans and coordinating resources
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare providers and staff, ensuring user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience in complex environments
• Proven experience with EHR implementations, including configuration and workflow optimization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Experience training healthcare providers on new technology systems
• Experience with RCM or practice management services implementation is preferred
