Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the transformation of their marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Marketing Operations function, managing a team and agency partners for campaign execution and analytics
• Drive the transition to an account-based marketing model and optimize marketing performance dashboards and attribution models
• Streamline campaign operations and own the marketing tech stack, ensuring data hygiene and compliance across systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in building and scaling marketing operations functions in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in Marketo (certification strongly preferred) and Salesforce administration
• Experience with account-based marketing platforms like 6sense and leading the shift from lead-based to account-based models
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in building reporting frameworks and managing teams and agencies
