By facilitating engagement across a spectrum of views, CES aspires to serve as a wellspring for pioneering research and pedagogy that pushes new directions in the future of the economy.We are seeking an Administrative Specialist who will plan and coordinate a large portfolio of special events and projects, both onsite and externally. He/she will have a dual reporting relationship to the CES Director and the Institute’s Associate Director of Finance and is expected to be onsite 3-4 days a week. The Administrative Specialist will collaborate closely with staff in the SNF Agora Institute and be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of center events and operations.The Administrative Specialist will provide varied administrative support ranging from standard to complex for an individual, group, and/or unit requiring high level expertise and independent decision making. Works on administrative assignments that require research, initiative, independent discretion and specialized knowledge and abilities. Leads or assists with ad-hoc or recurring projects.
