• Drive patient insurance retention and reduce uninsured rates
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for insurance management
• Coach and develop a diverse team while building partnerships across operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of related experience
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overnight 3-4 times a year
