Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to work remotely in Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, check, and process sales orders from a Salesforce queue
• Translate information from requests into Sales Orders following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform data entry, data cleanup, and generate virtual classrooms and materials across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Salesforce
• Salesforce experience is required
• Familiarity with Windows and internet browsers for daily tasks
• Must be located in Utah for potential in-office requirements
