Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation
• Knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends
