Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth, New Ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new marketing channels and strategies to support growth of new offerings
• Define the foundation for DTC marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and messaging
• Lead marketing budget planning and track key performance metrics for data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or lead generation, with at least 2+ years in management
• Proven track record in building and scaling growth marketing efforts in a high-growth DTC business
• Expertise in lead generation across paid and non-paid digital channels
• Experience managing marketing budgets and running A/B tests for continuous improvement
• Experience in a 0-1 growth marketing environment that required testing and building new channels
