Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies
• Lead tax audits and collaborate with external tax advisors on tax returns
• Monitor tax law developments and implement strategies for mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 and international tax principles
• CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred
• Experience in a healthcare technology company is a plus
