Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead Engineering and Product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to support technical and strategic initiatives
• Provide technical leadership across full stack systems and blockchain integrations
• Mentor Engineering Managers and individual contributors within the R&D organization

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building complex, high-performance systems
• Broad technical fluency, including full-stack and decentralized systems
• Experience in web3, particularly at the protocol or product layer
• Strong planning skills with a focus on pragmatic decision-making
• Track record of technical leadership with small to mid-sized teams
