Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to enhance AI-driven workflows within its Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize AI use cases across Revenue teams, automating repetitive tasks and enhancing workflows
• Build and maintain intelligent data pipelines that provide structured inputs for AI tools
• Create internal AI training materials to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies within the team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B software startup, with a focus on training and enablement
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or generative AI tools
• Experience with workflow tools like Clay, N8N, or Make for building outbound campaigns
• Fluency in data architecture (SQL, dbt, or equivalent) with a focus on automation
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue workflows and experience in leading organizational change
