Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Hardware Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects focusing on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Build product development team capabilities through resource analysis, hiring, mentoring, and training
• Collaborate with business leadership to define and execute goals, strategy, and vision

Qualifications / Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing commercial products, preferably in printers or marking equipment
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; Master's preferred
• Experience with hardware and software product development, including embedded software
• Proven track record of hiring and recruiting technical talent
