Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support successful clinical trials by negotiating contracts and budgets with sites and investigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols and develop investigator cost per patient budgets and site contracts for North America
• Coordinate with Trial Managers to plan site contract negotiations in line with trial startup targets
• Negotiate contracts with sites ensuring compliance with Fair Market Value principles and relevant policies

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in contract negotiation within clinical research
• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and budgeting
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in clinical operations
• Ability to research complex legal and business issues
• Proven track record of establishing effective site relations
