Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/VP of Compliance Operations to lead and manage compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a robust compliance framework for the stablecoin and payments industries
• Oversee and enhance the client onboarding process to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage relationships with banking partners and maintain compliance documentation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance or risk positions, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in client onboarding and managing banking relationships
• Deep knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks and global compliance standards
• Experience building and managing compliance teams
• Ability to work remotely in ET timezone with flexibility for occasional travel
