Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent - IP Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the Patent Management System and related processes
• Promote the IP program through events and recognition initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance team effectiveness and manage IP-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in patents, preferably in-house
• Experience with Anaqua Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS)
• Familiarity with IP transactions, trademarks, open source software, and copyrights
• Technical proficiency with office productivity software and project management tools
