Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Lead-Western IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise for installation and troubleshooting of precision agriculture technologies
• Coach squad members to enhance digital acumen and drive customer engagement through solution selling
• Identify transformative farmers and develop use cases for digital trial and testing opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with digital agricultural platforms
• Experience working closely with seed/chem sellers, growers, and sales organizations
• 8 years of working experience in agriculture and/or digital fields is preferred
• Expertise in digital software (FieldView, DMP) and hardware compatibility
