Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Associate to support member, corporate, and foundation relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support membership growth and retention efforts, including dues renewal and new member onboarding
• Assist in grant and sponsorship management by researching opportunities and tracking submissions
• Maintain databases for members, funders, and donors, ensuring accurate data entry and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related areas
• Experience in supporting corporate relations, membership recruitment, and grant management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and member/donor databases, preferably Salesforce
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Passion for nonprofit fundraising and alignment with the mission of supporting family caregivers
