Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of Oracle to PostgreSQL migration projects

• Implement database security controls aligned with federal compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience migrating enterprise databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL
• Hands-on expertise with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) and Schema Conversion Tool (SCT)
• Expert command of SQL, PL/pgSQL, and performance tuning techniques in PostgreSQL
