Data Center Security Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Security Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead security vision, architecture, execution, and operations for global data center infrastructure
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of security professionals across multiple time zones
• Drive security design reviews, threat modeling, and incident response while collaborating with engineering and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in security, with 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure or datacenter programs
• Proven track record in protecting hyperscale, colocation, or hybrid environments
• Experience in recruiting and developing multidisciplinary security teams across cultures
• Deep knowledge of security design and operations, including IAM/PAM and secure provisioning
• Familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
