Flytrex is bringing drone delivery to life, and we’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch service, including Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll help support customers ordering through major brands like Walmart, Jersey Mike’s, and Papa John’s, all while working remotely.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy.
• Recommend relevant products and collect feedback.
• Help shape the support experience of a cutting-edge company.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of customer support or service experience.
• Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
• Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus.
Three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday.
