Czech Speaking Customer Service for Fitness & Sports Equipment Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this dynamic Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries about our range of fitness and sports products.

Your proficiency in Czech will enable you to effectively assist clients in navigating our online store, addressing product questions, order status, and any concerns related to their purchases. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers who are passionate about fitness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product specifications, availability, and pricing
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collect feedback from customers to contribute to continuous improvement of our services
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in fitness and sports equipment

• Fluent in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in fitness or retail, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in fitness and sports, with a desire to help customers achieve their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
