In this role, you will provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues related to electronic devices. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive brand image through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch to assist clients with electronic product inquiries.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and product setups.
• Address order status, returns, and warranty questions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Document interactions and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and support tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
