Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer journey for small to mid-sized healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small- to mid-sized healthcare clients as their main point of contact
  • Lead onboarding and drive adoption of the platform by educating end users on best practices
  • Proactively monitor account health, manage renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise/Group Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience working with SMB clients in a high-volume, tech-enabled CSM environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows or healthcare technology
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and Engineering tools
