Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear client retention goals and nurture client relationships post-sale
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software while promoting product value
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any training needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience
• Experience with SaaS solutions, preferably in the construction space
• Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools
• Basic understanding of geographical client management
• Experience using HubSpot is preferred
