Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer engagements throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor, communicating product roadmaps and aligning them with customer business priorities
  • Develop success plans for customers, addressing critical factors and facilitating resolution of escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of functional experience in HCM or Financial domains
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles related to CSM engagements
  • 3+ years of experience in professional services, including consulting or project management
  • Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders, particularly in finance or HR
  • Previous SaaS experience is preferred
