Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend weekly meetings with key client contacts to discuss account status and track open items to completion
  • Perform assigned technical tasks and support client special projects, including Annual Enrollment
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client-specific issues and perform routine audits for accuracy in delivery
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Two years of experience in Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Technology
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel
  • Ability to work outside of normal hours as needed
  • Experience in ongoing administration within a customer service environment
