Required Qualifications
High School education required
2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred
Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and navigate various software programs
