Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide contact center support to clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
• Assist callers with medical billing questions, payment plans, and processing payments while maintaining customer service standards
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• One year or more of customer service support experience in a remote setting is preferred
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to resolution
