Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who provides effective and efficient customer service to patients and doctor's offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Place and receive calls and faxes for prescription refills and provide information on mail order pharmacy benefits
• Respond accurately and courteously to patient inquiries and assist with routine pharmacy benefit questions
• Document calls and provide timely information on order status and product knowledge requests

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of computer experience
• Demonstrated flexibility, professionalism, and courtesy in customer interactions
• Familiarity with drug names, refill processes, and pharmacy benefits
• Ability to manage multiple functions during calls
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient confidentiality regulations
