Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage programs that identify and showcase customer success stories through case studies and testimonials
• Develop scalable programs to deepen customer engagement and drive loyalty, including reference programs and customer councils
• Gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
• Proven track record of building customer advocacy and reference programs
• Experience managing video, written, and event content pipelines with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Empathy and curiosity with a deep appreciation for the customer journey
