The opportunity

As a Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and realizing our multi-channel digital ambitions within the Global Brand & Communications team. Your focus will be on:

• Enhancing online user experience: Optimize our website, SEO/SEM performance and presence on external material platforms to deliver a top-tier digital experience for customers and prospects.
• Driving digital innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, collaborate with Communications, Commercial, IT and R&D to introduce new online tools and AI-driven techniques.
• Data, analytics and continuous improvement: Track the performance of our digital marketing efforts, generate insights to boost effectiveness and initiate improvements.

You will be an integral part of our dynamic global team with colleagues across the globe, and report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing & External Communications.

Your day-to-day tasks

No two days are ever the same. Here's a snapshot of activities:

• Collaborate with a design agency to enhance website UX.
• Identify and publish webcontent improvements for SEO.
• Explore how artificial intelligence can enhance the search experience.
• Run A/B tests to boost website conversions.
• Train global colleagues on a new marketing technology tool.
• Add new datapoints to a Customer Data Platform to improve audience segmentation.
• Refine webforms for a better user experience.
• Expand email marketing automation flows.
• Review digital marketing tools for GDPR compliance.
• Initiate a dashboard to monitor key KPIs.
• Cooperate with IT on data synchronization between marketing tools.
• Organize user permissions and access levels to online self-service tools.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with:

• A curious mindset, a can-do attitude, a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation
• A Master’s degree in marketing, communications or business management with 5-10 years of experience
• Vast experience with Marketing Automation tooling and techniques with a passion for all things digital.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and Web Analytics.
• Understanding of B2B markets and how to resonate with B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with headless CMS is a plus.
