Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
• Update systems to ensure all customer interactions are well documented
• Handle customer issues diplomatically and escalate when necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired
• Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to embrace change and be flexible to business needs
• Willingness to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
