Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Closer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact during the closing process
• Review loan approval details with applicants, including HELOC products and terms
• Achieve customer satisfaction by establishing rapport and meeting service standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-specific customer service experience
• Minimum of 2 years of general customer service experience
• NMLS licensing preferred or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
