Senior Manager of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager of Operations Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and build comprehensive metrics and reporting for operational quality
• Own the trustworthiness and quality of all reporting utilized by the operations team
• Lead initiatives to automate manual reporting tasks and develop new reporting structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Proficient in SQL & DBT, with hands-on experience working with complex data tables
• Experience using AI tools for coding assistance
• Proven experience creating reporting for stakeholders using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
