Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax workpapers and returns for partnerships/multi-member LLCs
  • Take ownership of the annual 1099 filing process and coordinate with the payroll department for payroll tax filings
  • Maintain fixed asset records and assist with annual fixed asset verification and reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership taxation
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA license
  • Strong knowledge of the Tax Code (federal and state) and compliance for closely held partnership LLCs
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
