Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax workpapers and returns for partnerships/multi-member LLCs
Take ownership of the annual 1099 filing process and coordinate with the payroll department for payroll tax filings
Maintain fixed asset records and assist with annual fixed asset verification and reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in partnership taxation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA license
Strong knowledge of the Tax Code (federal and state) and compliance for closely held partnership LLCs
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
