Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Help implement and improve accounting systems and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting best practices
• Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
