Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist with health insurance claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of insurance payers and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services
• Conduct follow-up on outstanding claims and resolve issues in accordance with payer policies
• Document claim activity accurately and monitor compliance with payer-specific guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, focusing on insurance follow-up
• Experience with Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Strong understanding of claim lifecycles and denial management
