CPA Senior External Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior External Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Collaborate with the Technical Accounting team to ensure compliance with evolving standards and prepare documentation for Disclosure and Audit Committee meetings
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and lead projects to enhance financial reporting effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with a strong background in external reporting and technical accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements and SEC filings
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentorship
